Since 2004 we get our vegetables, salads, corn and wheat flower and rice from the distributor for organic food Linea Bio Verde in Cadenazzo.

The eggs come straight from a farm in Gudo (Fondazione Diamante) and are laid by free-range chickens.

The noodles, lasagne and gnocchi di ricotta are fresh and homemade.
